Product Storage Conditions
Products to be returned must be unopened. Vial bottles should be stored in a cool and shaded environment away from direct sunlight. Capsules, liquid products, and powder products should be stored at room temperature.

Original Condition and Packaging
For the return of products, they must be in the condition they were purchased and in their original packaging. Returns of opened or partially used products are not accepted.
Return Process
After your returned products are inspected, you will be informed about the refund status. The refund amount will be transferred to your bank account. However, packaging, labor, and shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
